摘要
医院挂钩帮带应从医院管理帮带入手 ,重点帮带强项专科技术 ,避免劳务型帮带 ;提倡逐级帮带 ,拓展帮带范围 ;利用现代通信技术 ,使帮带形式多样化 ,并建议挂钩帮带要有专项经费扶持。
The article pointed out that hospital leadership should implement efficient administration so as to carry out hospital development. The stress should be laid on excellent and strong section, and gradual steps should be taken to expand the range of development. The leadership should also take full advantage of modern communications technology and provide sufficient expenses for development.
