摘要
水资源的短缺在许多地区是一个人尽皆知的问题 ,而且水资源在某些地区亦处于必须好好保护的状态。这就是Clariant公司用硫化染料改善染色工艺的原因所在。改进后的Pad Ox染色工艺不仅清洁 ,并且比传统的工艺耗水量低得多 ,同时工艺废水中所含游离染料的量比众多传统工艺要小得多。这个以保护环境而设计的轧染工艺既简单又通用 ,又能达到现有工艺同样的效果。
The shortage of water is a welk-known problem in many regions and it is a resource that should be well preserved in many others. This is the reason for Clariant to improve the dyeing processes with sulphur dyes. A system was developed that is clean and has a water consumption much lower than more conventional procedures. It is a proces that generates a far smaller amount of dyestuff-free waste water. The Pad-Ox process has been designed with the clear objective of preserving the enfironment, a process that is both simple and versatile, while providing the same performance as existing procedures.
