摘要
高摩合成闸瓦不仅是重载列车配套制动技术之一,也是提速及快运货车配套制动技术之一。使用合成闸瓦与采用铸铁闸瓦时相比,车轮在制动过程中要吸收更多的热量,因而更易受到热损伤。铁道科学研究院与日本铁道综合技术研究所合作,在快运货车运用条件下合成闸瓦对车轮的热影响进行了研究与评估。
The high friction composite brake block is one of the new technologies applied to both the Heavy - haul Freight Train and the Rapid Freight Train. The wheels bear more heat when braking with the composite brake block than that with the cast iron brake block, so that the wheel tyre tends more possible to be damaged. The China Academy of Railway Sciences cooperated with the JAPAN Railway Technical Research Institute on the evaluation of the thermal effect of the composite brake block upon the wheel tyre under the service conditions of the Rapid Freight Train.
