摘要
为充分利用菌根菌的解磷作用与根瘤菌的固氮作用,减少化肥的施用,尝试给豆科植物接种AM菌剂和根瘤菌剂。通过室内和田间试验,结果表明,接种AM菌剂和接种根瘤菌剂可提高四季豆结瘤率和结瘤量(接种47d后结瘤量增多了67%)、增加根重和根径、促进四季豆生长、增加单果重及荚果大小,接种根瘤菌可增加根部土壤全氮含量和速效磷的含量,增加四季豆经济产量,最多达30%。
To utilize the functions of decomposing phosphate of Arbuscule mycorrhiza and nitrogen-fixing of Rhizobia and cut down usage of fertilizer,inoculated Arbuscule mycorrhiza and Rhizobia in-to kidney beans.The results of indoor and field testing showed that in comparison with the controls,the inoculation of the two bacteria increased the rate of root nodule forming and the quantity of the root nodules(a maximum of167%of increase by47days of inoculation).The inoculation also in-creased the root weight and diameter of the kidney beans,the weight and volume of the pods of the kidney beans,and the contents of the total nitrogen and quick-acting phosphorus elements in the soil.The output of the kidney bean was thus significantly improved,reaching to a maximum of30%increase.Our results demonstrated that inoculation of Arbuscule mycorrhiza and Rhizobia can pro-mote growth of bean family plants and reduce utilization of fertilizer.
