摘要
为适应社会经济发展以及教育改革对教师提出的高素质要求,日本从20世纪90年代中期开始,对教师录用制度进行了改革。文章采用政策分析的研究方法,分析了日本教师录用制度改革的现实背景,通过翔实的材料全面反映了日本教师录用制度的改革政策以及实施状况,指出日本教师录用制度改革顺应了日本学校教育培养学生“生存能力”的需要,顺应了日本教师观的转变,顺应了教师专业发展的要求,同时促进了教师职前培养阶段的改革。
In order to meet economic development of society and educational reform demands for teachers'higher quality,the teacher employment institution has been reformed since the middle of the 1990s. The author elaborates the teacher employment reform policy and its implementation,and points out that Japanese teacher employment reform meets the need of fostering the students''the ability of living' and the change of perspective on teachers,meets teachers' professionalization and promotes the reform on pre-service teacher education.
