摘要
图书馆发展阶段的划分应以图书馆社会功能的转变作为依据。第三代图书馆是社会的信息中心,Z以主动服务来体现作为“知识喷泉＂的社会功能。图书馆开展主动服务的基础是实行“一馆两业＂.因此,“一馆两业”应该成为第三代图书馆的标志之一。
The change of libraries' social function should be the cause of the division of libraries' evolution. The third era libraries are the information centers of the society. Their social function is embodied by active service. The basis of active service is to develop 'Two Systems In One Library'. So the 'Two Systems In One Library' should be one of the sign of the third era libraries.
