摘要
该文用Unigraphics中自由曲面造型的各种方法对摩托车油箱外壳拉深件进行虚拟设计。在设计阶段随时改进零件 ,使其在视觉、质量上都达到要求 ,然后完成实体造型。接着利用Dynaform软件分析板料成形过程 ,通过调整板料形状 ,对拉深件的成形进行优化得出最佳结果。针对大型覆盖件形状复杂、结构尺寸大、表面质量高等拉深成形特点 ,我们主要论述板料形状对成形结果的影响 。
The oil tank of motorcycle is virtually designed by using various methods of free surface modeling in Unigraphics software. During the design,the product can be modified at any moment so that meet requirements in visual sense and quality. Next the process is analyzed and optimized by adjusting the shape of blank with dynaform. The best results are gained. Aimed at the characteristic of drawing of large automobile panel,such as complex shape,big structure size,high quality exterior,the effect of blank shape and other some factors were discussed.
