摘要
用胡萝卜对带式穿流干燥机的主要参数风温、层厚、穿流风速、输送带线速度进行了试验研究。使用了新的试验设计方法—均匀设计,其特点是试验次数少,回归方程可靠度高,预测准确度高。确定热风温度75℃、物料层厚83mm、风速1.0m/s 和线速500mm/min 可作为胡萝卜带式穿流干燥机的最佳参数组合。
The main parameters of the belt type through-flow dryer were studied to use carrot in the research experiment:air temperature,layer depth, through-flow velocity and belt line velocity.It used the new method of experimental design method-uniform design.Its characteristic is spend less times of experiment,has high reliable regress equation and improves the predicting precision.During the experiment,the best parameters in the belt through-flow dryer with carrot combines was achieved under the operating condition of hot air temperature 75℃,material depth 83 mm,through-flow velocity 1.0 m/s and belt line velocity 500 mm/min.
