摘要
大学是社会发展的轴心机构,师资队伍是这一轴心机构的动力源泉。本文基于对西部地方大学师资队伍建设的角色与困境分析,为加强西部地方大学建设提出三条建议:第一,用政策杠杆平衡人才市场增加西部地方高校吸引力;第二,学校从人事制度上尽量避免近亲繁殖;第三,调整评价体系引导教师发挥教学服务型大学的职能。
The University is the axis institution of social development, and faculty is the driving force of such an institution. Based on the analysis of the role and plight of the faculty building of universities in western areas, this paper proposes three recommendations to strengthen the construction of the Universities in western area: First, try to balance the job market by policy levers to increase the attractiveness of universities in western areas; second, the universities should not employ their own graduations; Third, adjust the evaluation system to stimulate faculties to provide better teaching service.
