摘要
为了得到基于打车软件背景下城市出租车合理发展规模,对传统背景下出租车和使用打车软件背景下出租车搜索乘客的行为进行了比较,在固定需求下分析了供需平衡关系,基于空载和载客阶段的特征,建立了出租车运营平衡模型。针对模型结构,将其转化为最优化问题,并利用遗传算法进行求解,反映出了出租车规模、出租车在各交通小区的平均搜索时间和各交通小区乘客的等待时间的关系。算例分析表明,该模型与算法具有有效性和可行性,有助于管理部门确定城市出租车的合理规模和制定发展规划。
In order to gain the reasonable quantity of urban taxis under the condition of taxi-hailing apps,the differences of route—choosing behaviors between traditional taxis and taxis with taxi-hailing apps were analyzed.A new equilibrium model of taxis with taxi-hailing apps was developed,considering the taxis' characteristics under the circumstances of occupied or vacant,based on the supply—demand equilibrium relationship of taxi service network under the deterministic demand condition.According to the model structure,it was changed into an optimization problem and solved with genetic algorithm.The model could describe the relationships among taxi quantity,drivers' searching time and passengers' waiting time.The computation result of a numerical example showed that the method and algorithm were convergent and feasible,which could provide some beneficial guidances and theoretic bases for the planning and management of the urban taxi network.4tabs,2figs,14 refs.
