摘要
建立了血红蛋白水溶血测定法,结果表明:测定的批内变异系数为0.422％～0.871％,线性范围为20g/L～200g/L。与HicN法比较,相关系数r=0.994,回归方程Y=0.43+0.968x。
In order to assay the hemoglobin of blood, a new method, water hemolysis was established and compared with the method of NicN. The results show that the coefficient of variation among the groups is 0.422%～0.871%, and linear range was 20g/L～200g/L. The correlation coefficient between the new method and the method of NicN is 0.944 and the regression equation is Y=0.43+0.968x.
