摘要
为确定掺EC120温拌改性沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度,文章采用等体积法,对掺3%EC120温拌AC-13密级配沥青混合料进行室内试验研究,并与常规的热拌沥青混合料进行对比分析。结果表明:掺3%EC120温拌改性沥青混合料的压实温度降低了27.1℃,与厂商建议的30℃接近;以等体积法确定的温拌沥青混合料,其使用性能均满足规范要求;相对于传统的热拌沥青混合料,温拌改性沥青混合料有优异的高温稳定性、略低的水稳定性、较好的低温抗裂性。
To determine the mixing and compaction temperatures of warm-mix modified asphalt mixture with EC120,and by using the equal-volume method,this article conducted the indoor laboratory tests on warm-mix AC-13dense-graded asphalt mixture with 3% EC120,and conducted the comparative analysis with conventional hot-mix asphalt mixture.The results showed that:the compaction temperature of warm-mix mod-ified asphalt mixture with 3% EC120 is decreased by 27.1 ℃,close to 30 ℃ recommended by the manufacturer;for the warm-mix asphalt mixture determined by equal-volume method,its usage performance can meet the required specifications;compared to the conventional hot-mix asphalt mixture,the warm-mix asphalt mix-ture has excellent high-temperature stability,slightly lower water stability,and better low-temperature cracking resistance.
