摘要
从山西省粮食行业职业技能大赛现状入手,介绍职业技能大赛的赛题选择和对参赛人员的培训、选拔情况,重点对事关"放心粮油"和"中国好粮油"的一些粮食重要指标如呕吐毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮及粮食脂肪酸值的检测方法、仪器、操作技能、标准限量及结果准确性等进行了总结,并探讨了职业技能大赛对提高粮食行业质量检测水平在人员素质、仪器设备等各方面的促进作用。
From the current situation of food industry in Shanxi Province vocational skills contest,introduce professional skills contest of topic selection and entry personnel training,selection,emphasis of matter'rest assured grain and oil'and the'good China grain and oil'some of the important index of grain such as vomiting toxins,corn gibberellic ketene,grain fatty acid value of detection method,instrument,the operation skill,stan-dard limit,accuracy,etc are summarized,and discusses the vocational skills contest to improve the level in food industry quality inspection personnel quality,equipment,etc.
