黄土与添加钢渣堆肥化污泥混合制砖可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过利用黄土与投加钢渣的堆肥化污泥制砖,将为国家制砖行业提供新思路,能够有效地避免国家制砖行业大量占用耕地资源,为保护国家18亿亩耕地红线作出积极贡献。本文中主要研究钢渣投加量和堆肥化污泥掺入比例对污泥砖体烧制前后质量减少分数、密度及重金属Cu、Zn浸出浓度的影响,探究利用堆肥化污泥制砖新思路的可行性。试验结果表明:堆肥化污泥中钢渣的投加量及堆肥化污泥掺入量均会对砖体烧制前后质量减少分数、密度和重金属Cu、Zn浸出浓度有很大的影响,当堆肥化污泥掺入量≤20%时,所有砖体的质量减少分数均≤15%,符合国家烧制普通砖标准;重金属Cu、Zn浸出浓度远远小于《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》(GB 5085.3—2007)中规定的标准值:总铜≤100mg·L^(-1),总锌≤100mg·L^(-1),总体而言利用黄土与投加钢渣的堆肥化污泥制砖的思路是可行的。 In this paper,using composting sludge with additive steel slag to make brick will provide new ideas for the brick making industry in the country,which not only effectively avoid the state brick industry occupation of soil and arable land resources,but make a positive contribution on protecting the country’s 1,800million acres of arable land red line.This paper mainly studied the effect of the steel slag adding amount and the mixed ratio of composting sludge on the percentage on ignition loss of sludge bricks,density and heavy metals Cu,Zn leaching concentration,to explore the use of ripe sludge brick firing and the feasibility of new ideas.The results show that:the steel slag dosing quantity and the mixed ratio of composting sludge have a great influence on the percentage on ignition loss of sludge bricks,density and heavy metals Cu, Zn leaching concentration.When the amount of composting sludge mixed with 20% or less,all brick quality reduced15% or less,complying with the national bricks ordinary standard;heavy metals Cu,Zn leaching concentration is far less than the“identification standards for hazardous wastes”(GB 5085.3-2007)specified in the standard value:total copper≤100mg·L-1,total zinc≤100mg·L-1.In general,the ideas of using added steel slag composting sludge to makebrick is feasible.
