摘要
潼关金矿区在过去由于无序开采、非法开采、乱采滥挖等,使得该地区自然生态环境受到了一定程度的破坏。对潼关金矿区地质环境治理示范工程的综合整治效益进行全面客观评价,能为矿区综合整治工程提供切实可靠的科学依据。本文结合潼关金矿区地质环境治理示范工程实际特点,运用层次分析法构建评价指标体系并确定各指标权重,建立潼关金矿区综合整治项目实施前后效益的模糊综合评价模型,对金矿区的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和综合效益进行全面评价。经计算潼关金矿区整治前经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和综合效益得分分别为26.10、27.08、24.35、25.36,整治后依次为84.70、84.29、85.69、85.14。结果表明,潼关金矿在综合整治后地区的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和综合效益都得到了显著提高。
Due to disordered and illegal mining,the natural ecological environment in Tongguan gold mining area has been damaged to a certain extent.As a typical demonstration project of comprehensive mine remediation technology research and ecological restoration,only the comprehensive improvement of comprehensive benefit evaluation can provide reliable scientific basis for the comprehensive renovation in mining area.Combined with the actual characteristics of Tongguan gold mine geological environment management demonstration project,this paper used AHP to construct the evaluation index system and determine the weight of each index.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the efficiency of Tongguan gold mining area before and after implementation is established,and the economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefitand comprehensive benefit of the gold area are comprehensively evaluated.After calculation,the scores of economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits of Tongguan gold mining area before remediation were 26.10,27.08,24.35 and 25.36.After remediation,they were 84.70,84.29,85.69 and 85.14.The results show that the economic,social and ecological benefits of the Tongguan gold mine have been improved in the area after comprehensive renovation.
