基于文献计量法的T-RFLP技术统计分析

摘要 为全面系统地了解国内T-RFLP技术在土壤领域的研究进展,运用文献计量分析法,以中国知网(CNKI)为数据源,对2003~2017年的相关论文进行计量分析。结果表明:T-RFLP技术的发展和应用经历初期探索、技术成熟、应用受限三个阶段,且2010~2015年为相关文献发表的高峰时段;T-RFLP技术是被广泛采用的分析环境微生物群落的工具之一,但因其自身存在一定局限性,建议与其他定量分析方法相结合进行研究;山东农业大学具备优秀的科研团队,在T-RFLP技术相关研究有突出贡献,在国内占有重要地位;T-RFLP技术较为新颖且相对成熟,可以进行系统性综合性较强的研究。 In order to comprehensively and systematically understand the domestic research progress of T-RFLP technology,especially in the field of soil,the bibliometric analysis method was used to analyze the related papers in 2003~2017 with China Knowledge Network(CNKI)as the data source.The results show that the development and application of T-RFLP technology are in the three stages of initial exploration,technology maturity and application limitation,and the peak period of publication appeared in 2010~2015;T-RFLP technology is one of the tools to be widely used to analyze environmental microorganisms.However,owning to its own limitations,it is recommended to combine with other quantitative analysis methods;Shandong Agricultural University has an excellent research team,has outstanding contribution in T-RFLP technologyrelated research and plays an important role in China.T-RFLP technology is relatively new and mature,and can carry out systematic and comprehensive research.
