摘要
目的:探讨中重度慢性牙周炎松动牙的特点和有效的治疗方法。方法:收治中重度牙周病患者(180颗牙)30例,给予基础治疗后采用Biosplint固位材料加Dyract flow流动树脂固定,分别测量基线0月、固定后3个月、6个月、12个月的各项牙周临床指标、并用ANOVA进行分析。结果:固定后PD、CAL、BOP出现显著性的降低。结论:采用Biosplint固位材料固定松动牙时,辅以专业维护和良好的护理是固定成功的关键。
Objective:To explore the characteristics and effective treatment methods of fixation of loose teeth in moderate and severe periodontitis.Methods:We selected 30 cases of moderate and severe periodontal disease patients(180 teeth),these patients were given basic treatment and fixed using Biosplint solid materials and Dyract flow resin flow.The periodontal clinical index were measured at fixation and in 3 months,6 months,12 months after fixation,and then the data were analyzed by ANOVA analysis.Results:After fixation,PD,CAL,BOP were significantly lower.Conclusion:The Biosplint retention material for fixation of loose teeth,supplemented with professional maintenance and good care,is the key to successful fixation.
