摘要
目的:研究酮康唑联合外用药治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的临床效果。方法:整理110例糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,观察组采用酮康唑联合外用药进行治疗,对照组仅采用外用药进行治疗,采用统计学方法进行对比分析。结果:两组患者治疗期间无异常状况,临床无并发症,完成治疗后,观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,两组比较治疗有效率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,临床回访调查观察组对治疗的满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用酮康唑联合外用药治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎明显提高了患者的临床治疗有效率,可以在临床推广使用。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of ketoconazole combined with external use drug in the treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis.Methods:To clear up the clinical data of 110 cases of pityrosporum folliculitis,there were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with ketoconazole combined with external use drug,while the control group were only treated with external use drug.The data were analyzed using statistical methods.Results:There were no abnormal condition during the treatment of patients in the two groups, and no clinical complications.After completing treatment,the treatment effect of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The effective rate of treatment in patients had significant differences,P<0.05.Clinical follow-up survey that satisfaction with treatment of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of using ketoconazole combined with external use drug in the treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis is significantly.It significantly improved the Clinical treatment efficiency of patients,so it can be widely used in the treatment of patients with clinical period.
