摘要
目的:对职业病体检护理中和谐医患关系的构建进行分析和探讨。方法:2013年10月-2014年4月收治职业病体检护理患者86例,对其临床护理资料进行回顾性分析,加强和谐医患关系的构建,并对患者的护理满意度进行调查。结果:在本次体检护理中,58例患者表示满意,26例患者表示一般,2例患者由于等待时间比较长而表示不满意,患者满意率97.67%。结论:在职业病体检护理中构建和谐、良好的医患关系,不仅能够提高工作效率,同时还可以提高患者满意度,有效避免纠纷的发生。
Objective:To analyze and explore the construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the occupational disease medical nursing.Methods:86 cases with occupational disease medical nursing were selected from October 2013 to April2014.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.The construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship was strengthened.The satisfaction of patients with nursing was investigated.Results:In the medical nursing,58 cases expressed satisfaction.26 cases expressed general.2 cases expressed dissatisfaction because they waited for a long time.The satisfactory rate was 97.67%.Conclusion:The construction of the harmonious and favourable doctor-patient relationship in the occupational disease medical nursing can not only improve the work efficiency,but also improve the satisfaction of patients.It effectively avoids disputes.
