摘要
目的:评价氨基葡萄糖胶囊复合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎的临床效果。方法:2009年3月-2012年3月收治退行性膝关节炎患者200例,采用口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,2次/d,750 mg/次,配合臭氧膝关节注射,1次/周,4周1个疗程。经过3个疗程治疗后,评价治疗效果。结果:200例患者中,治疗效果优162例(81%),良34例(17%),差4例(2%),总有效率98%。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎疗效肯定。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules compound with ozone injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:200 cases with degenerative arthritis of the knee were selected from March 2009 to March 2012.They were treated with oral glucosamine capsules,2 times/day,750 mg/time,with the knee joint injection of ozone,1time/week,for 4 weeks as 1 course.After 3 courses of treatment,we evaluated the effect of treatment.Results:In 200 cases,162cases(81%) were excellent;34 cases(17%) were good;4 cases(2%) were poor;he total efficiency was 98%.Conclusion:The curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules compound with ozone injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee is significant.
