摘要
目的:对比分析日立7180与强生干化学在电解质中的检测方法及效果。方法:采用经质量控制的血清强生350、日立7180对仪器性能进行评价,将两种仪器的检测效果进行对比,分析两者性能和功用;同时,将两组检验结果予以对比,分析其中相关性及系统误差,以此为基础来判断检验系统应用的可行性。结果:两种检测系统的精密度均较高;校正前,两台仪器检测结果的相关性较好,但日立7180 K+测定项目SE%较强生350>0.24%、Cl-的SE%>0.25,超出预期偏差,SE为临床不可接受,且Na+、Cl-截距、斜率较大;校正后,两台仪器检测结果相关性较好,SE%均<1/2允许误差,均符合临床可接受范围。结论:采用强生350、日立7180两台仪器进行电解质检测,将强生350仪器为对比参照仪器,依循回归方程给予的结果参数来校正日立7180仪器,使两种仪器检测结果具有较好的相关性,从而保证不同仪器检测电解质结果的可比性。
Objective:To contrastively analyze the detection method and result of the electrolyte in Hitachi 7180 and Johnson dry chemistry.Methods:Using Johnson 350 and Hitachi 7180 by the quality control evaluated the instrument function.The detection effects of two kinds of instruments were compared.Both performances and functions were analyzed.At the same time,the test results of two groups were compared;the correlation and the system error were analyzed;the feasibility of the application system was tested on this basis.Results:The precision degree of two detection system were higher.Before correction,the two instruments detection results had a good correlation,but SE% of K+ measuring item was more than 0.24% when compared with Johnson 350,SE% of Cl- was more than 0.25.They were more than expected deviation.SE for clinical was not acceptable,and the intercept and slope of Na+,Cl- were larger.After correction,the two instruments detection results had a good correlation.SE% were all less than1/2 allows error and all in accordance with clinical acceptable range.Conclusion:Using Johnson 350 and Hitachi 7180 detect the electrolyte,Johnson 350 instrument is as the comparison instrument;Hitachi 7180 instrument is corrected by result argument according to the regression equation,and we make that the test results of both instruments have good correlation,so as to ensure the results of different instruments to detect electrolyte comparable.
