健康教育在社区输液患者中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对社区输液患者作用。方法:按照随机原则将患者分为两组,对照组单纯实施规范化静脉输液操作,观察组在此基础上对患者进行一系列健康教育,主要包括健康知识普及,健康教育处方和静脉输液的注意事项。结果:两组患者在出院时对输液知识的掌握程度、良好的遵医行为、良好的心态、穿刺部位血肿方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区静脉输液患者中实施相关健康教育可以提高患者的保健意识,促进患者健康。 Objective:To explore the effect of health education on the patients with community infusion.Methods:According to the principle of random,patients were divided into two groups.The control group were given standardized operation of intravenous infusion,and the observation group were given a series of health education on the basis of this,including health knowledge,health education prescription and matters needing attention of vein transfusion.Results:The differences in master degree of infusion of knowledge,good compliance,good attitude,the puncture site hematoma of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of related health education to community patients with intravenous infusion can improve the patient's health awareness,and promote the health of patients.
