摘要
目的:探讨涩精固肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法:2009年2月-2014年2月收治糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合自制中药方剂涩精固肾汤进行治疗。结果:治疗组显效34例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率96%;对照组显效14例,有效20例,无效16例,总有效率68%。两组治疗前后疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:涩精固肾汤能有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的生存质量,减少和延缓肾病等并发症的发生。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Se Jing Gu Shen soup in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:100 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected from February 2009 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while patients in the control group were given conventional therapy combined with Chinese medicine of Se Jing Gu Shen soup.Results:In the treatment group,there were 34 cases marked effectiveness,14 cases effectiveness and 2 cases failure,and the total effective rate was 96%;while in the control group,the dates were 14,20,16 respectively,and the total effective rate was 68%.Compared the efficacy before and after treatment between two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Se Jing Gu Shen soup in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the life quality of patients,and reduce or delay the occurrence of complications such as nephropathy.
