摘要
为提高儿科护理人员的操作准确性,提高护士一次穿刺的成功率,可利用红外血管成像仪。此仪器轻便、可移动、可升降、可连续运行,有红外线灯将人体表层静脉图像投影到静脉所在位置,静脉部位的血管粗细,弯直,有无静脉窦都是显示得一清二楚,再配备适当高度的操作台、工作凳。应用此血管仪可提高儿科静脉穿刺成功率,降低护士穿刺难度,节约时间和减轻患者痛苦,从而减少护患纠纷。
In order to improve the operation accuracy of pediatric nursing staff,to improve the success rate of once puncture,the infrared vascular imager can be used.The instrument is portable,and it can move,rise and fall,run continuously.The vein image of body surface can be projected on the position of vein to display by the infrared lamp.The blood vessel thickness of vein parts,bending straight,whether with venous sinus can be displayed clearly,then with a proper height operating table and work bench.The application of this vascular instrument can improve the success rate of pediatric venipuncture,reduce nurses venipuncture difficulty,save time and reduce the suffering of patients,so as to reduce nurse patient disputes.
