摘要 目的:探讨不同血清钠水平对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者预后的影响。方法:按血清钠水平将106例CHF患者分为正常血钠组、轻度低血钠组、中度低血钠组和重度低血钠组。按常规CHF治疗,低血钠患者给予补钠治疗,比较组间左室射血分数(LVEF)、BNP及心功能改善时间。结果:与正常、轻度低血钠组比较,中度、重度低血钠组LVEF显著降低,心功能改善时间延长。血清钠水平与BNP呈负相关。结论:低钠血症是影响CHF患者预后的重要因素。 Objective:To explore the influence of serum sodium concentration on the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:106 patients with CHF were divided into the normal serum sodium group,the serum sodium moderately reduced group,the serum sodium modestly reduced group and the serum sodium severe lower group.The patients with low sodium were treated with sodium according to the conventional CHF treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the BNP and the time of cardiac function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the normal serum sodium group and the serum sodium moderately reduced group,the LVEF of the serum sodium modestly reduced group and the serum sodium severe lower group were significantly lower and the time of cardiac function improvement were prolonged.The level of serum sodium was negatively correlated with the BNP.Conclusion:Hyponatremia was one important factors that affected the prognosis of patients with CHF.
