摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病合并颌面部间隙感染的临床治疗方法。方法:收治糖尿病合并颌面部间隙感染患者15例,对其采用综合治疗方法进行治疗。结果:15例患者均行脓肿切开引流,血糖控制在5.6~8.8 mmol/L;经7~10 d治疗,感染部位均愈合,完全治愈,没有后遗症发生。结论:糖尿病患者的颌面部间隙感染,严格控制血糖和控制感染两者同时兼顾才能达到最佳的疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment method on diabetes mellitus complicated with maxillofacial space infection.Methods:15 diabetic patients complicated with maxillofacial space infection were selected.They were treated with the integrated treatment principle.Results:All of the 15 patients were underwent abscess incision and drainage,their blood glucose control within 5.6~8.8 mmol/L;during 7~10 d treatment,all of the infection sites were cured completely,without sequelae.Conclusion:Strict control on blood glucose and infection should be taken into account in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with maxillofacial space infection,in order to achieve the best effect.
