摘要
目的:分析和探讨无创通气在呼吸衰竭导致腹胀并发症中的治疗效果,并总结相关的护理经验。方法:2012年1月-2013年1月收治呼吸衰竭患者110例,所有患者均采用了无创通气治疗,共发生44例腹胀,将呼吸衰竭导致腹胀并发症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各22例,两组在无创通气治疗中,对照组采用常规护理手段,观察组在此基础上给予强化护理干预。治疗一段时间后,观察和分析两组患者临床血气情况,包括p H值、Pa O2、Pa CO2。结果:观察组临床血气改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对无创通气治疗呼吸衰竭并发的腹胀问题,采用强化护理干预能有效地改善患者临床腹胀情况,使患者积极配合治疗,确保其早日康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of abdominal distention induced by noninvasive ventilation treatment for respiratory failure,and summarize the nursing experience.Methods:110 patients with respiratory failure were selected from January2012 to January 2013.All patients were treated with non-invasive ventilation treatment.44 cases had abdominal distention,and the patients with abdominal distention induced by respiratory failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 22 cases in each group.In noninvasive ventilation treatment of the two groups,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given intensive nursing intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.After a period of treatment,we observed and analyzed the blood gas of the two groups,including p H value,Pa O2,Pa CO2.Results:The clinical blood gas improvement was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aiming at the problem of abdominal distention induced by noninvasive ventilation treatment for respiratory failure,by strengthening the nursing,can effectively improve the patients clinical abdominal distension,and enable patients to actively cooperate with the treatment,to ensure the speedy recovery.
