摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术的合理处理。方法:回顾性分析5年间1 899例剖宫产术病例。结果:1 899例行剖宫产术产妇无一例死亡,胎儿娩出后均存活,无一例产伤。结论:作为产科医生,对孕产妇应有高度责任心。充分术前评估,术前准备,精细操作,确保母婴安全。
Objective:To explore the reasonable treatment on cesarean section.Methods:Analysis of 1 899 cases with cesarean section in recent 5 years retrospectively.Results:None of those 1 899 cases with cesarean section had maternal death,and all the fetus survived,without birth injury.Conclusion:As an obstetrician,we should have a high sense of responsibility for pregnant.Fully evaluated and prepared before surgery,be careful during the operation can ensure the safety of mother and child.
