摘要
目的:探讨静脉血与末梢血在血常规检测中的稳定性。方法:将体检人员50例随机分成末梢血组与静脉血组各25例,末梢血组取指尖血,静脉血组采集静脉血,比较两组的测定结果。结果:末梢血组在30 min和10 min的白细胞检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。上述两个时间点结果明显低于即刻结果(P<0.05)。30 min和10 min的血小板检测结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),上述两个时间点结果明显高于即刻结果(P<0.05)。静脉血组在30 min、10 min、即刻中白细胞与血小板数量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采集静脉血进行检测,有着较高的公允性与稳定性,是各种血液常规检查的首选样本。
Objective:To explore the stability of venous blood and peripheral blood in blood routine test.Methods:50 cases of medical personnel were selected.They were randomly divided into the peripheral blood group and venous blood group with 25 cases in each group.The peripheral blood group used fingertip blood and the venous blood group used venous blood.We compared the measured results of the two groups.Results:There was no significant differences in the white blood cell detection results in peripheral blood group at 30 minutes and 10 minutes(P>0.05).The results at the two time points were significantly lower than immediate results(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the platelet test results at 30 minutes and 10 minutes(P>0.05).The results at the two time points were significantly higher than immediate results(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells and platelets in the venous blood group at 30 minutes,10 minutes and immediate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Venous blood was used to detect,it had a higher fairness and stability,and it was the first choice for routine examination.
