摘要
目的:探讨抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法:收治慢性乙型肝炎患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组实施抗病毒治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组肝脏功能恢复正常率、HBVDNA转阴率和HBe Ag转阴率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床效果显著,明显提高机体免疫功能和抗病毒能力,不良反应少。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis B.Methods:60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group were given antiviral treatment,then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the liver function recovery rate,HBVDNA negative conversion rate and HBe Ag negative rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis B was significant.It can significantly improve the body's immune function and anti-virus ability.The adverse reactions were few.
