摘要
目的:应用超声造影剂声诺维(Sono Vue)与实时超声造影成像技术(Cn TI),观察超声造影对肝血管瘤的灌注及回声变化规律,探讨肝血管瘤的增强模式。方法:用Cn TI技术对48例72个肝血管瘤病灶施行超声造影,观察注射造影剂后肝血管瘤在动脉期、门静脉期及延迟期的增强情况。结果:注射造影剂后血管瘤开始增强时间10~18 s,肝实质开始增强时间12~27 s。结论:超声造影肝血管瘤增强模式的主要特点为动脉期从周边结节状、环状或整体快速强化开始,门脉期和延迟期持续向心性进行性增强或持续呈等高回声。
Objective:Ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue and real time ultrasound contrast imaging technology(CnTI) were used, to observe the perfusion of hepatic hemangioma by ultrasound contrast and the law of echo changes,to investigate the enhancement pattern of hepatic hemangioma.Methods:48 patients with 72 hepatic hemangioma lesions were given ultrasound contrast with CnTI,we observed the enhancement of hepatic hemangioma during arterial phase,portal venous phase and delayed phase after the injection of contrast agent.Results:After the injection of contrast agent,the starting time of enhancement of hemangioma was 10 to 18 seconds,the starting time of enhancement of liver parenchyma was 12 to 27 seconds.Conclusion:Main characteristics of enhanced ultrasound imaging of hepatic hemangioma were nodular,annular or overall rapid enhancement from the surrounding at arterial phase,and continuous,centripetalism,progressive enhancement or sustained equal high echo at portal phase and delayed phase.
