摘要
目的:探讨精神科护理的不安全因素和防范措施。方法:收治精神病患者66例,随机平分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上分析患者可能存在的不安全因素并制定防范措施,对比两组暴力事件发生率和满意率。结果:观察组暴力事件发生率明显较对照组低;观察组满意率明显较对照组高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:通过对精神科护理的不安全因素分析后制定一系列的防范措施,可以减少精神病患者暴力事件的发生率,提高患者满意度和护理质量。
Objective:To discuss the unsafe factors and preventive measures of psychiatric nursing.Method:66 cases of psychotics were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with usual care,and patients in the observation group were treated with analysing possible unsafe factors and developing preventive measures on the basis of usual care.We compared the incidence rate and satisfaction rate of violence in the two groups.Results:The incidence rate of violence in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:By developing a series of preventive measures after analyzing the unsafe factors of psychiatric nursing,it can reduce the incidence rate of violence in patients with mental illness and improve their satisfaction and nursing quality.
