摘要 探讨了偏心曲柄连杆机构与中心曲柄连杆机构在活塞运动规律上的区别,在一款汽油机平台上,将中心曲柄连杆机构改型为偏心曲柄连杆机构,对比了活塞在上下止点的位置变化和压缩比的变化,通过模拟计算研究了偏心距对活塞裙部侧向压力的影响。 The differences of piston movement between off-set crank mechanism and standard crank mechanism were discussed. When standard crankshaft is changed into offset one with a standard gasoline engine,compression ratio and position of piston at TDC and BDC are changed,and simulation analysis was also carried out to study the influence of eccentricity on piston lateral force.
