摘要
根据河南心连心化肥有限公司四分厂氨合成塔内温度和氢分压较高的现状,为防止高温高压下氢腐蚀影响合成塔正常生产,通过模拟合成塔内环境测得合成塔所用钢材腐蚀率为0.0675 mm/a左右,属2级轻度腐蚀,对氨合成塔正常生产影响不大。
According to Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co.,Ltd. the 4th plants ammonia synthesis tower high oven temperature and hydrogen partial pressure of the status quo,in order to prevent hydrogen corrosion at high temperature and pressure affect normal production of synthetic tower,by means of simulating environment in tower which measures steel in synthesis tower corrosion rate is about 0.0675mm/a,is a two mildly corrosive,which has little effect on normal production in ammonia synthesis tower.
