摘要
采用双氧水改性木薯淀粉,利用氧化木薯淀粉和三聚磷酸钠交联改性PVA制备高强耐水性木材用木薯淀粉/PVA胶黏剂。研究了PVA与木薯淀粉质量比、过氧化氢质量分数和三聚磷酸钠质量分数等对木薯淀粉/PVA胶黏剂粘结力和耐水性的影响,得出最佳反应工艺:PVA与木薯淀粉质量比为3∶1、三聚磷酸钠质量为PVA质量的1%、双氧水质量为木薯淀粉质量的7.5%。由该胶黏剂制备的胶合板的开胶时间达到25 h,粘结力达到7.45 kN。FT-IR、XRD及热重分析表明,木薯淀粉与PVA之间形成了交联结构,且胶黏剂具有较高的耐水性和热稳定性。
Firstly,an oxidized cassava starch is made from cassava starch with hydrogen peroxide.Then a kind of cassava starch/PVA adhesive with high binding strength and water resistance for plywood is obtained through modifying PVA by oxidized cassava starch and sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP).The influences of adhesive formula including the mass ratio of PVA to cassava starch,contents of oxidant,hydrogen peroxide and STPP on the binding strength and water resistance of adhesive are investigated and the optimum formula are found as follows:the mass ratio of PVA to cassava starch is 3∶1,the mass ratio of STPP to PVA is 1%and the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to cassava starch is 7.5%.By using the adhesive prepared under the optimum formula,the poplar plywood can keep adhesion for 25 h in 25℃water with a bonding strength of 7.45 kN.Analysis by FTIR,XRD and TGA shows that a cross-linking structure is formed between PVA and cassava starch,and the adhesive exhibits high water resistance and thermal stability.
