摘要
研究了用电解银催化剂实现乳酸乙酯的定向转化。结果表明,电解银催化剂最佳的焙烧温度为600℃,高温焙烧会使催化剂表面微晶发生团聚、粒径变大,从而降低催化活性。乳酸乙酯选择性氧化制丙酮酸乙酯的最佳反应条件为:反应温度380℃、氧酯物质的量比为1. 4、LHSV=0. 6 h-1,此时产物收率达85. 97%。由此进行了100 h催化剂寿命考察,XRD、SEM、TGA、H2-TPR等表征结果证明了催化剂失活是由表面积炭所致,经原位烧炭再生后,催化剂活性基本恢复。
The directional conversion of ethyl lactate over an electrolytic silver catalyst is investigated and achieved.It is shown that the optimal calcination temperature is at 600℃for the catalyst.The calcination at higher temperature will result in the agglomeration of microcrystals on the surface of the catalyst and the increase of particle size,thus reducing the catalytic activity.The optimum reaction conditions for the selective oxidation of ethyl lactate to ethyl pyruvate are as follows:the reaction temperature maintains at 380℃,the molar ratio of oxygen to ester is 1.4 and LHSV=0.6 h-1.The product yield can reach 85.97%under the optimum conditions.Therefore,the catalyst life has been explored for 100 h.The results of XRD,SEM,TGA and H2-TPR show that coke deposition is the major reasons for catalyst deactivation.The activity of the catalyst can be recovered after regeneration with in-situ air calcination.
