摘要
结合宁波市轨交3号线的建设需要,根据隧道施工断面形状自主研发设计了11.83m×7.27m类矩形盾构。该类矩形盾构结构尺寸远超同类设备,刀盘布置方式具有2个同一工作平面相交X型大刀盘加中心偏心多轴刀盘组合式全断面切削、带立柱拼装功能的多自由度矩形盾构管片拼装系统等特点,文章就其盾构的结构及其功能进行了论述和分析。
An 11.83m×7.27 m quasi-rectangular shield,which the size is far greater than the normal circular shield,is developed for the construction of Ningbo Metro line 3 based on the shape of its working face.With the features of full-face cutting(two X-shaped spoke-type cutterheads + one multi-axis eccentric cutterhead) and rectangular segment erection with multi-degree of freedom(including column installation),so it is very difficult for its design.In this paper,it described and analyzed its structure and functions.
