摘要
管片拼装机是盾构机中的重要组成部分,直接关系到隧道施工的质量和效率。文章所述为借鉴工业机器人设计理念,研究设计出的一种液压驱动机械臂式六自由度管片拼装机。该拼装机基于机械臂的收缩和舒展,扩大了管片拼装运动范围,在满足类矩形断面隧道施工的同时,也可扩展应用于其它类似的异形断面隧道施工中。
As an important part of the shield,the segment erector directly affects the efficiency and quality of tunnel construction.With the continuous development of urban traffic in recent years,the engineering technology for the special-section tunnel that has higher space utilization develops rapidly,while the traditional segment erector of round shield is hardly adapted to the segment erection in special-section tunnels.The segment erector that proposed in this paper is a 6-DOF segment erector with hydraulically actuated mechanical arms taking references of the design concept of industrial robot.This erector expands the motion range of the segment erection by the contraction and stretching of mechanical arm,which can be further used in similar special-section tunnel construction besides satisfying the construction of quasi-rectangular section tunnels.
