甲状腺疾病患者血清三碘甲腺原氨酸、甲状腺素和促甲状腺素的检测分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用免疫荧光法对2011年8月~2013年5月在本科就诊的180例甲状腺疾病患者的血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)和促甲状腺素(TSH)含量进行检测分析,并与同期120例对照组(正常人)作比较,着重观察各类型的甲状腺疾病患者、对照组中T3、T4、TSH含量的变化情况。单纯性甲状腺肿T3、T4、TSH含量与对照组比较不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲状腺功能亢进症、亚急性甲状腺炎患者T3、T4升高比对照组明显,TSH降低比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺功能减退症、甲状腺癌患者T3、T4降低比对照组明显,TSH升高比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清三碘甲腺原氨酸、甲状腺素和促甲状腺素含量与甲状腺疾病有密切关系,不同甲状腺疾病患者含量变化不同,可作为临床上鉴别诊断,评估病情,指导用药的指标。
