摘要
目的探讨老年男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25-羟维生素D3(25-OHD3)与糖尿病大血管病变的关系。方法入组老年男性T2DM患者126例,平均年龄56±12.4岁,根据颈动脉彩超测定结果,分为颈动脉内膜中层正常组(IMT<1.0mm)47例和IMT增厚组(IMT>1.0mm)79例,对每位患者进行临床资料收集及常规生化指标检测,采用电化学发光法检测所有受试者血清25-(OH)D3水平。结果 IMT增厚组血清25-OHD3浓度明显低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,IMT与病程、吸烟率、SBP、2h PG、Hb A1c、TC、LDL-C、CRP呈正相关,与25-OHD3呈负相关。结论低水平血清25-OHD3增加老年男性糖尿病患者发生动脉粥样硬化的风险,是2型糖尿病患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate relationship between vascular lesions and serum hydroxyl vitamin D3(25(OH) D3) of the elderly male diabetics. Methods A total of 126 patients with T2DM in older men were enrolled in this study, average age was 56 ±12.4 years. All the diabetic patients were underwent u1trasonography and divided into normal carotid artery group (47 cases,control group), carotid intimal thickening group(79 cases). Routine biochemical indexes were determined. Serum 25(OH) D3 concen-tration was determined by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Results Serum 25(OH)D3 concen-tration decreased significantly in carotid intimal thickening group (P<0.05). Pearson’s correlation anal-ysis showed that thickening of the carotid artery intima media were positively correlated with drution of diabetes, smoking, SBP, 2hPG, HbA1c,TC,LDLC,CRP,and negatively correlated with serum 25 (OH) D3. Conclusion Low serum 25 (OH) D3 levels in elderly male diabetic increased risk of carotid atherosclerosis, serum 25(OH) D3 concentration was an independent risk factor for carotid atherosclero-sis in patients with T2DM.
