摘要
目的观察分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕症的疗效。方法将收治的60例PCOS伴不孕症患者随机分为对照组和试验组;对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,试验组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组血清T、LH、FSH值与治疗前相比具有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时试验组下降程度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与试验组排卵率分别为56.67%和83.33%,妊娠率分别为23.33%和50.0%,两组排卵率与妊娠率有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症的临床效果显著,可行性高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome associated with infertility. Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital were divided into control and experimental groups, patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene,the experimental group were treated with cyproterone ethinyl estradiol.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results After treatment, serum T,pre LH,FSH values decreased significantly, the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05),but the degree of decline in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); Ovulation rate of the control group and the experimental group were 56.67%,83.33%,pregnancy rates were 23.33%,50.0%; pregnancy and ovulation rates of the two groups were obvious different with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has many advantages, such as significant clinical effect,high feasibility,and is worthy of clinical use.
