摘要
纳米晶复合材料电沉积工艺是在金属电沉积过程中加入纳米颗粒 ,使其与金属共沉积 ,并通过控制适当的工艺条件 ,最终获得具有优良性能的纳米晶复合材料的过程。分析了电沉积过程中纳米晶复合材料的形成机理 ,并提出了有利于获得纳米晶复合材料的措施 ;综述了各种因素 ,如纳米颗粒的性质、电解条件、脉冲参数、纳米颗粒的分散方法以及有机添加剂对复合过程的影响 ;
The electrodepositing technology for preparing nanocrystalline composites is a process that metal was co-electrodeposited with nanoparticles,and the nanocrystalline composites which register excellent properties were obtained by controlling suitable technological conditions.The formation mechanism for the nanocrystalline composites was analyzed,and some measurements of preparing nanocrystalline composites were proposed in this paper.The effects of some factors,such as properties of nanoparticles,electrolytic condition,pulse parameter,straggling method of nanoparticles and organic addition agent,on the co-electrodepositing process were reviewed.The properties of the nanocrystalline composites and their applications were introduced.
