FAAS DETERMINATION OF MINERAL ELEMENTS IN WATER CHESTNUTS OF SOUTH LAKE IN JIAXING

摘要 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定嘉兴南湖菱中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锌、锰、镉、铅金属元素的含量。结果表明,南湖菱中有较高的矿物质营养价值,有害元素的含量低于国家食品允许标准。 Through an AAS analysis of the water chestnut grown in the South lake of Jiaxing, it was found that contents of profitable mineral element in the samples are high and the water chestnut in proved to have high nutrition value. The amounts of the harmful elements, e.g. lead and cadmium, are all lower than the tolerable values prescribed by National Standard. In this study, 10 metal elements (K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn Mn, Cd and Pb) were determined by FAAS, and the working conditions of the instrument for determination of these element were optimized.
