胸腹主动脉瘤一期杂交手术治疗1例报告

摘要 1临床资料患者男性,43岁,因'腰背疼5个月,发现胸腹主动脉瘤5月'入院。患者入院后经降压处理,未诉胸痛、腹痛等症状。查体:腹部柔软平坦,腹部无压痛及反跳痛,脐周可扪及搏动性包块,边界清楚,最大直径约6 cm。双侧股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉搏动均可扪及。血生化检查:未见明显异常。计算机断层血管造影(CTA)示:主动脉瘤,自胸降主动脉至腹主动脉。
