摘要
采用酰基化的方法合成了5-乙炔基-4-甲基-2-硫甲基嘧啶,使用傅立叶转换红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析对分子结构进行表征。讨论和分析了反应的机制,改进了5-(1-氯乙烯)-4-甲基-2-硫甲基嘧啶的合成工艺,获得了71%的产率;使用新制的叔丁醇钾作为催化剂制备5-乙炔基-4-甲基-2-硫甲基嘧啶,在室温条件下获得了68%产率。
5 - Ethynyl - 4 - methyl - 2 - sulfomethyl - pyrimidine was synthesized using acetyl-ization method and its structure was charateristized by using FT - IR, HNMR and elment analysis. The reaction mechnism was discussed and the synthetic technique of 5 - (1 - chlorovinyl) - 4 - methyl - 2 - sulfomethyl - pyrimidine was improved to attain 71 % yield. 5 - Ethynyl - 4 - methyl - 2 - sulfomethyl- pyrimidine was prepared using potassium tert - butoxide as catalyst to obtain 68% yield at room temperature.
