摘要 2组小鼠分别经过 5周高强度无氧间歇性 (简称间歇组 )及低强度有氧力竭性 (简称力竭组 )游泳训练后 ,通过电镜观察其心肌超微结构的改变情况。结果表明力竭组心肌超微结构的改变较间歇组的严重。提示 Thirty mice were randomly and averagely divided into group 1 (heavy loading,anaerobic and intermittent training),group 2(light loading,aerobic and strength exhausting training)and control group(no training).Their myocardium ultrastracture was observed by electron microscope after training.The result showed that the changes of myocardium ultrastracture in group 2 were more serious than that in group 1.It indicates that light loading,aerobic and strength exhausting training is not very helpful to myocardium ultrastracture.
