摘要
将运动型PLC成功的应用于加速器高频D电路自动调谐系统中,实现系统自动调谐。达到了在强电磁干扰环境下系统稳定运行的要求。根据鉴相器的输出的大小,用相应的编程软件对PLC两路输出脉冲进行编程,控制输出脉冲的频率,结合使用三相混合式步进驱动器、步进电机及机械传动系统,从而控制步进电机实现D电路的精确调谐。使用PLC降低系统调试和布线难度,缩短了开发周期,并为系统调试和维护提供了灵活性。
PLC of movement type is applied to frequency auto-tuning system of radio D circuit successfully; auto-tuning of D circuit can be come true. It has realized that system works stably in the condition of strong electromagnetism jam. According to magnitude of phase demodulator's output, we can use relevant software to PLC to program output pulses in two channels and control frequency of output pulse. With three-phase stepping driver, stepping-motor and system of mechanical drive, finally, we can realize precise system tuning. The difficulty of the system is reduced and shortens the period of empoldering by using PLC, furthermore, with it, debugging and maintenance of the system gets very flexible.
