摘要
目的探讨葡萄籽原花青素联合有氧运动对轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者机体炎症反应的影响。方法以2013年12月-2014年12月河北省唐山市丰润区第二人民医院确诊的77例轻中度OSAHS老年患者为研究对象,采用投币法分为对照组(38例)和观察组(37例),对照组接受有氧运动训练,锻炼频率60min/次,每日1次,5次/w。观察组接受有氧运动+葡萄籽原花青素(GSPE)口服,200mg/次,2次/d,总干预时间均为8w。采用疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)和Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评测患者日间日间疲劳程度和嗜睡程度,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果对照组和观察组干预后ESS和FSS均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后ESS和FSS显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组干预后IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后IL-6和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄籽原花青素联合有氧运动对轻中度OSAHS患者有一定治疗效果,可降低患者体内IL-6和TNF-α水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of grape seed proanthocyanidin(GSPE)combined with aerobic exercise on mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and the body′s inflammatory response.Methods 75 patients with mild-to-moderate OSAHS elderly patients were assigned to the control group(38cases)and observation group(37cases).The control group received aerobic exercise intervention,frequency of 60min/day,5times a week.The observation group received aerobic exercise+grape seed proanthocyanidin(GSPE)oral,200mg/times,2times/day,the total intervention time was 8weeks.Fatigue severity scale(FSS)and Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)were used to evaluate the effect of interventionand Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α).Results Compared with before intervention,ESS and FSS were shown to be significantly decreased both in observation and intervention groups(P <0.05);In terms of reducing extent,ESS and FSS were shown to be more greater in ob-servation group than that of control group,there was significant difference(P <0.05).the levels of IL-6and TNF-αwere observed to be pronouncedly reduced both in observation and intervention groups after intervention,relative to before intervention(P <0.05),the levels of IL-6and TNF-αwere presented to be remarkably lower in observation group than that in intervention group(P <0.05).Conclusion Grape seed proanthocyanidin(GSPE)combined with aerobic exercise were shown to have certain therapeutic efficacy,which could lower the level of IL-6and TNF-αin patients.
