摘要
目的 :探讨了局麻与全身麻醉对手术病人血清一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)的影响。方法 :根据不同麻醉方法将 30例胃部手术病人分为局麻组 (A组 )和静吸复合全麻组 (B组 ) ,每组 1 5例。在麻醉诱导前 ,手术切皮和手术开始后 1小时抽取静脉血 3ml,分别测定血清NO、NOS浓度。结果 :A组血清NO、NOS含量在切皮和术中 1小时与术前比较有显著差别 (p <0 0 5 ) ,B组血清NO、NOS含量无显著差异 (p>0 0 5 ) ,在切皮和术中 1小时B组NO、NOS含量与A组含量降低 (p <0 0 5 )。 结论 :静吸复合麻醉能明显抑制NOS活性 ,降低NO的生成。
Objective To explore the effects of local vs general anesthesia on patients serum levels of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthese (NOS). Methods 30 Patients undergoing gastric surgery were divided into 2 equal numberes groups: local anest-hesia in group A and general anesthesia in group B. Blood samples were taken before induction, at beginning of skin incision and 1h later for determination of the levels of NO and NOS. Results The serum levels of NO and NOS increased significantly at beginning of skin incision and 1h later in group A (vs before induction, p <0 05), but not so in group B ( p >0 05). The levels of NO and NOS during surgery were significantly lower in gorup B than those in group A ( p <0 05). Conclusion General anesthesia could significantly inhibit the activity of NOS and decrease the production of NO.
