不同全麻诱导药联合艾司洛尔对老年高血压患者围诱导期血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨不同全麻诱导药联合艾司洛尔对老年高血压患者围诱导期血流动力学的影响。方法 择期开胸手术的老年高血压患者 80例 ,随机分为硫喷妥组 (S组 )、依托咪酯组 (E组 )、咪唑安定组 (M组 )和异丙酚组 (P组 ) ,每组各 2 0例。观察麻醉前、诱导后 2min、插管后 2 ,5 ,1 0minBP ,HR及RPP及测定相应时段血浆中NA和A含量的变化。结果 诱导后S ,P组患者的BP和HR与诱导前相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1 )。插管后S ,E ,M组患者BP ,HR及RPP与麻醉前相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ,而P组与麻醉前相比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,与其余 3组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ,但组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 异丙酚复合艾司洛尔是老年高血压患者较为理想的诱导方法。但对有心动过缓或窦房结功能低下者慎用或禁用。
